No Greed – We leave it off the table in all our dealings. Greed is based on incorrectly connecting material wealth with happiness. Without greed in play we can all make more logical decisions.
No Gossip – We do not talk negatively about the competition, as we know there are a lot of roofers out there! Gossip is discussing anything with anyone who cannot bring resolution to the problem. It is degrading and destructive! We strive to be known for our commitment to our customers and our quality.
Quick Resolution – to warranty issues–At times mistakes do happen, this is the time for the roofer to show whether they are a “Good Roofer” or a “Great Roofer” If a warranty call comes in, it becomes top priority on the schedule.
